We are to share a good news with you: a new member, Miquel Roca, LLM in Shipping Law, visiting lecturer at number of universities worldwide, has joined the Council of Experts of the International Legal Corporation "DIGESTA". Miquel is a member of the Spanish Maritime Law Association (Member of the Managing Board), the International Bar Association, Maritime and Transport Law Committee, and the Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Marнtimo. For many years Miquel, while practicing as a Solicitor, has been acting for the main ship-owners, freight forwarders, logistics operators, P&I's, insurance companies and banks. He has been appointed as Plenipotentiary of the Spanish Crown before the United Nations which on behalf of the Kingdom of Spain signed the Rotterdam Rules and has been included in the list of "The Best 50 Lawyers in Spain". If necessary Miquel Roca may be involved in the work over your projects.
2011-12-29 Dear friends! The passing year was filled with significant events. Thanks to your support and constructive cooperation we managed to achieve the scheduled goals. In the passing year our company celebrated its 7th birthday. Plenty of companies sent their congratulations to us and it means that our work deserved appreciation. We participated in preparation and holding of a number of business events and conferences, mastered new services. The President of our company has defended his dissertation in the Law School of St. Petersburg State University and was granted a Ph.D., Law scientific degree. A number of Affiliation Agreements were concluded with companies in Spain, Egypt, Cyprus as well as the agreement on strategic partnership. All these things could not have happened without your collaboration and support and we are sincerely grateful to you for that. In the coming year we will continue upgrading our skills and fulfilling the scheduled plans.

2011-12-22 Dear clients and partners! On December, 16–17, 2011 in the St. Petersburg State University Research and Practice Conference «International Training and Practice of Mediators in Light of European Experience» in which the President of International Legal Corporation "DIGESTA" Kvashnin V. I participated, has taken place. The aim of this event was analysis and generalization of the international and domestic experiences in organizations of the training and practical work of mediators, discussion of theoretical methodological and technological problems of studying and practical settlement of social conflicts, working out of international cooperation project on development of educational programs in the field of conflictologists training and partnership of the Mediation Centers in sphere of mediators training and settlements of conflicts. During the conference the well-known domestic and foreign conflictologists and specialists in the field of mediation presented their master classes.
